Go to 'find recipes', then use search box/filters to find a recipe of your choice, then 'add to meal planner'
Go to 'meal planner', then 'add custom meal', then enter meal name, then enter calorie & protein values, then 'add meal'
Go to 'meal planner', then 'add custom meal'... As all previously entered custom meals are automatically saved, simply enter the meal name it was saved under in the search box, tap it before tapping 'add meal'
Go to 'find recipes' and these will appear at the top of the list with a 'new' sticker attached
You can see this on the calendar icon whereby you can revisit specific days and months
Go to 'meal planner', then tap an added recipe under breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks, then tap the cross icon, then confirm you'd like to delete the selected meal
Go to 'meal planner', then scroll to bottom of page to find your daily/weekly progress bar, you can switch between daily or weekly progress and see how many calories you have remaining to stay on track
Go to 'account', then 'calorie calculator', then fill-in missing fields, then 'update my calorie target'
Go to knowledge base, then use the filter boxes and tick the topic(s) you's like to research, then tap on an image of choice
Go to 'account', then 'edit profile' and then 'cancel subscription'
Login to your account, then tap 'activate subscription', then enter card details before following on screen instructions
Login to your account, tap the share button on your smartphone, select ‘save to home screen’ and then ‘add’. The Fitness Chef icon should now appear on your device. Tap this icon to open the app.
Calorie and protein adherence should be the main focus for any goal to lose, maintain or gain weight - there is a plethora of research to support this.
