For iOS devices, sign up or login to your account on your browser, tap the 'share icon' at the botton of your screen, then 'add to home screen'. Then find the app icon on your homscreen, tap it and login to access the app.
For android devices, sign up or login to your account on your browser, then follow on screen instructions to access the app.
Tap 'meal planner', then 'add food'. From here you can choose to add a quick food, build your own recipe, access The Fitness Chef Recipes or used a saved recipe.
Tap 'meal planner', then 'add food', then 'a new recipe'. From here you can use the food database to add ingredients. Once complete, add the recipe to your meal planner and it will automatically save in your saved recipes.
Tap 'meal planner', then 'add food', then 'a quick food' or 'a new recipe'. From here use the search box or barcode scanner to find different foods. Once you find it, tap it and select the serving size. You can further adjust the portion size in the next step.
Once the item is found, select a serving size from the database, add the meal planner and then use drop down menu and multiplier box to reduce/increase your portion size.

On occasion, some foods won't be available on the database. Tap 'meal planner', then 'add food', then 'a quick food' or 'a new recipe', then 'add custom ingredient'. You can now add a custom name, measurement, calorie and macronutrient values.
Tap 'find recipes' on the menu panel or tap 'meal planner', then 'add food', then 'Add Fitness Chef recipe'.
Tap 'find recipes' on the menu panel, then use the search box, sliders and check boxes to find recipes based on calories, protein, preparation time and dietary preference.
Once you find a recipe you like, tap the + icon on the bottom right of the recipe image. The recipe will be stored in 'favourite recipes' on the menu panel.
Tap 'meal planner' then 'select date'
Tap 'meal planner' and view your daily/weekly calorie consumption in the tracker bars.
Tap 'account', then 'calorie calculator', then fill in the boxes followed by 'update calorie target'.
Calorie and protein adherence should be the main focus for any goal to lose, maintain or gain weight - there is a plethora of research to support this. The amount of carbs and fats you choose to make up the rest of your calorie target doesn’t matter. Do as you please. Tap 'account', then 'calorie calculator', then tick the box 'I want to set my own targets'.From here, fill in the targets you want to customise.

As long as you entered accurate information in the calculator, this will be correct.
